After surviving the tragic & unexpected loss of my husband in 2013, moving through my own journey of suffering and counseling, I discovered a new purpose & direction in my life. I decided to pursue & complete my Master's in Counseling through Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, which I completed in May 2020.
I completed my supervision and gained my License in Professional Counseling (LPC) in October 2022. I am very excited to get to know you, collaborate to work towards your counseling and life goals, and help you discover the person you long to be.
Life is an ongoing journey of trials and challenges that cannot be avoided. You are not alone on this journey. I am here to help guide you, find coping skills, and help you find healing and wholeness.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and a Christian, Biblical worldview. I work with kids, teens, adults, and couples deal with issues such as: communication, grief, identity, relationships, boundaries, marriage, parenting, anxiety, depression, and more.
Fees
Individual Counseling Session: $60
Walk & Talk Therapy Session: $70
Couples or Family Counseling Session: $80
Group Counseling Session: $30/session
4 Group Counseling Sessions: $100 (paid upfront)

*Insurance: My practice is private pay only. I do not accept insurance.
Payment: Payment is due at time of service. I accept cash, checks, & Venmo.
Cancellation Policy: Because the appointment time is reserved for you, if you must cancel your appointment, it is important for you to do so at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Each client is given one excused late cancellation; additional late cancellations are subject to half the fee of the session.
